I would like to thank all of the loyal customers and friends of Silverbacks Cafe for your patronage and support over the last couple of years. After careful consideration, I have decided to focus my attention on a new adventure, Silverbacks Villas. In that regard, I am thrilled to announce that UZAMUKUNDA Clarisse will be taking the reins, effective in June. Clarisse brings a fresh vision while honoring the heart of our restaurant. Rest assured, the new Cafe, Gorilla Republik, will offer the same great food, service and of course, the best views in town!

 

During this transition, the Cafe will be closed temporarily. Please join us when we announce the opening of Gorilla Republik to show Clarisse the same great enthusiasm and support you have shown me!
